What is fasting and why do we do it? Why did Jesus get led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted? Since we have such easy access to knowledge and information in our technologically advanced time we have lost the value of memorization. Knowing scripture is not the same as being familiar with it. Ps 119:11 "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."
