What Jesus taught about prayer is central to constructing a theology of prayer. So this class starts unpacking The Lord’s Prayer from Matthew 6. After talking about some preliminary thoughts concerning the prayer as a whole (eg why did religious men who already prayed no less than 3 times a day ask to be taught how to pray?), we what “Our Father” teaches about how we approach God.
